I’m Maria Rice, a certified Pilates and barre instructor that offers classes, private sessions, and special events for all bodies, all moods, and all Spotify preferences.

My teaching style blends mindful movement, upbeat energy, and thoughtful guidance; with options that meet you exactly where you are. I may not always count perfectly, but the flow is intentional, the music is just right, and the vibe is always welcoming. If you’re into playful structure, good energy, and movement that meets you with kindness—you’re in the right place.

I currently teach at Club Pilates Mequon and Club Pilates Whitefish Bay, and I also offer private sessions and pop-up events throughout West Bend and Washington County.

I’m also the founder of The Movement Shop, a size-inclusive store full of Pilates-inspired gifts, accessories, and feel-good extras designed to move with you and make you smile.

We’ll move through it together (and probably to something with a beat).
